Staying here was a joy, especially with easy walks to iconic spots like the Eiffel Tower and the lush Champ de Mars right around the corner. The staff's warm and friendly demeanor truly made me feel at home during my visit. The only downside was some trouble with the air conditioning, but it didn't overshadow my wonderful experience in the city.

The room was good-sized and nicely decorated. I loved the location. it was about a 10-minute walk to a metro stop, which made it easy to get around. Walking by the river with the Eiffel Tower in sight was a nice touch. However, our shower didn't hook to the wall on the first night, so we had to switch rooms. When we returned late one night, the bed was stripped, and we found out there were no cleaners available, so we had to make the beds ourselves. Not the 5-star experience I expected. The breakfast was also disappointing. The coffee was terrible, and the pastries tasted old. For 25 euros, it felt overpriced. Accessing Wi-Fi was nearly impossible, adding to the frustrations. But the staff remained polite and courteous, always willing to help. The room size was perfect for our family, especially with a baby. Just wish there were more consistent quality and maintenance across the board.
